A driver has passed away at the scene of a crash, after her car left the road and collided with a tree.

A Coominya woman has sadly lost her life after a horror crash.
The 39-year-old driver reportedly died at the scene of a single-car crash after her vehicle left the roadway and collided with a tree.
The woman had been travelling south on Cloake St, Coominya, when the crash took place about 11am, Saturday.
It is understood she was not carrying any passengers at the time.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating and urge any witnesses to the crash to contact police.
