Hot holiday deals as part of 20 Days of Holidays Like This campaign

Queensland tourism operators are dropping more incredible holiday deals this week for as little as $1 after today’s unlimited theme park passes went in a matter of minutes.

Tourism and Events Queensland’s “20 Days of Holidays Like This” campaign is proving a smash hit, with 100 Village Roadshow Locals One Passes for $3 each sold out in minutes on Tuesday morning.

The unlimited theme park passes allow entry to Paradise Country, Movie World, Sea World and Wet’n’Wild, and are valid for 12 months.

But for those that missed out, there are another 18 hot deals and four incredible holiday packages to come in the month-long campaign.

News Corp’s Queensland mastheads will be promoting the deals across print and digital platforms.

For those that grabbed a Village Roadshow deal, the pass will include access to the meerkats attraction at Paradise Country on the Gold Coast – they are moving to a brand new manor.

A recent arrival to the Village Roadshow wildlife park on the northern Gold Coast, the curious mob have a specially designed exhibit in the heart of Paradise Country that will open in time for the September school holidays.

Aya, big sister Sarabi and twins Keeya and Maliah will be able to satisfy their curiosities in the substrates, logs, hollows and plants built into the new exhibit.

Paradise Country wildlife curator Lauren Mousley said the meerkats were an exciting addition to the park’s wildlife family.
