Hapless Brisbane hubby in his underwear forced to remove snake from vacuum cleaner

In what could be the most “Straya” video you’ll see today, a Brisbane man in his underwear has reluctantly relocated a large python wrapped around a vacuum cleaner. WATCH THE VIDEO

A Brisbane couple noticed an unwelcome third in their bedroom on Monday night before forcing the intruder outside.

As a cold snap hit southeast Queensland its cold blooded residents have been heading indoors seeking warmth and the couple found a python wrapped around their Dyson vacuum.

Video taken by a woman shows her shirtless and stoic partner in maroon Ruggers as he approaches the appliance with the snakes lower body wrapped around the handle and its head on the wall.

She directs him to remove the reptile from the house and while he reluctantly agreed he stops to show his partner the snake’s beauty.

“Could you just … okay just take it. All right, take it. It’s only a python,” she can be heard nervously saying while he holds it close to the camera and the woman behind it.

The man’s DIY snake removal, not recommended to be tried at home, becomes tense as he tries to drag the vacuums body out of the door and it catches on the railing.

Not to be obstructed the man pulls on the hose and forces the machine out the door while managing to keep the snake calmly on the handle.

He then places the snake’s head on the ground outside and it is believed it slithered away.

Posted to Reddit by the man, and captioned ‘my fat gut’, the videos uniquely Australian vibe delighted viewers.

“Did anyone else get a load of that guys enormous python?” one said.

“Why would you get rid of them? They were trying to do your vacuuming?”

“This is the most Brisbane video I’ve ever seen.”

“You did exceptionally well there, mate. There would have been multiple holes in the wall with me.”
