A woman has been flown to hospital with serious injuries following an early afternoon crash on the Wide Bay Hwy east of Goomeri.

A woman in her 80s has been flown to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital with serious leg injuries after being trapped in a crash on the Wide Bay Hwy about 10km east of Goomeri.
The woman was travelling with two others in a 4WD ute about 3.11pm when the vehicle rolled near Coleman Siding Rd between Kinbombi and Cinnabar.
The ute came to a rest on its side, trapping the woman.

Fireys were able to cut the woman free from the wreckage about 4.20pm.
A man suffered a cut to the head in the crash, a Queensland Ambulance Services spokeswoman said.

He was able to remove himself from the wrecked vehicle.
The highway has been blocked in both directions while paramedics and the Critical Care Unit treated the woman.
She was flown to the Sunshine Coast in a stable condition.
