A WOMAN is lucky to be alive after hitting a tree and rolling her vehicle at Kia Ora this evening.
A Gympie ambulance officer spokesman said the vehicle was a write off but the woman, thought to be in her 40s, walked away unscathed.
"The car landed on its hood and the woman walked away unscathed,' he said.
Earlier, authorities attended an accident on Mellor St, where two cars collided as one car exited the Senitor Citizen's building at 3pm.
A 78-year-old man suffered shoulder injuries and the other male driver suffered bruising to the back.
Both were taken to the Gympie Hospital but were not admitted.
