Two fire crews are currently working to contain a house fire at Southside in Gympie.
The crews arrived just after 1pm on Tuesday to the Jasmine Avenue address.
A female in her late 40s is currently being assessed for smoke inhalation and airway burns on scene by paramedics, who got the call at 12:51.
The fire is burning in one room of the low level brick home.
