Paramedics are assessing six patients after a two-vehicle crash at Wallu on Monday afternoon.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said they were called to the scene at the notorious intersection of Tin Can Bay Road and Rainbow Beach Rd at 1.21pm.
They said six stable patients were treated at the scene, but only one patient reported a minor wrist injury.
They said it was unlikely the remaining five patients would need transport to hospital.
Police and fire crews remain on scene.
