Two vehicles have been damaged in a nasty accident that has stopped traffic on Eel Creek Road.

Traffic has stopped on Eel Creek Road after two cars landed in a ditch following a collision.
Emergency services were called at 5.41pm after reports of a two-vehicle crash, a QPS spokeswoman said. One of the cars, a 4WD, was towing a large trailer that was blocking traffic.

The crash occurred about 300m from an intersection on Eel Creek Road, and about 3km from the scene of another serious crash less than a week ago. Both cars ended up on opposite sides of Eel Creek Road - one nose down into the ditch, the other tail end down. It is believed nobody was seriously hurt.
