A MALE teen was was taken to the Gympie Hospital last night after he got a fishing hook lodged in his shoulder.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said the incident was reported at Carlo Rd, Rainbow Beach about 10.30pm.
He was in a stable condition en route to hospital and was discharged last night.
No further information about the incident was available.
