A monster field of cars are set for a massive season finale at Fraser Shores Maryborough Speedway this Saturday.

The SSA Production Sedan Queensland Title is up for grabs with a record field of 70 cars to do battle.

Gympie’s Daniel Henshaw, the current Queensland No.1, will go in to the race day as favourite, with Maryborough’s Joel Berkley and Chris Pagel, from Gympie also in with a chance to take the title.

The State title races were washed out earlier in the year, with Maryborough Sporting Car Club stepping up to host the titles at the end of the campaign

Club president Paul Swindells said while Henshaw, Berkley and Pagel would start as the men to beat, with such big fields anything could happen.

“There’s a C main race a B main and an A main,” Swindells said.
