A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said the initial call reported sounds of “explosions” and black smoke.

A neighbour said a shed behind the property caught fire while nobody was home.

The property is located on Daniel Drive but due to the size of the block, the fire was more accessible from Jackwood Close.
