Police launch urgent appeal to find girl, 16, with medical condition
Police fear for a teenage girl who has been missing from Gympie for nearly four weeks despite having a serious medical condition.
Police are calling for help to locate a 16-year-old girl who was has not been seen or heard from for almost one month.
The girl was last seen in Gympie on November 9, 2025, and has not been sighted or contactable since, police said in its alert on Saturday.
They said they received a missing person report on December, 3.
Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age and medical condition.
She is described as 160cm tall with a proportionate build. She has black curly hair, brown eyes and Pacific Islander appearance.
Police are appealing to the girl, or anyone with information that could assist in locating her, to contact police.
