A 28-year-old Monkland man was remanded in custody to the Gympie Magistrates Court on Monday on charges of possessing dangerous drugs, possessing property suspected of being used in a drug offence and possessing a drug utensil.
Michael Ethan Dan was charged that on Saturday, June 4, 2022 he possessed methamphetamine and cannabis, and the two items suspected of being used in drug offences.
“I understand the matter is likely to resolve as a plea,” duty solicitor Chris Anderson told the court.
The case was adjourned to allow time to fill out a bail application.
Mr Dan was remanded in custody to July 18, 2022.
