Ever fancied a trip to a family theme park without having to actually leave home?
What might sound like a wild idea is now a reality for a Gympie family which, having transformed the property during Covid, is now looking to sell up and move from the house which almost has it all.
A minigolf green, rock-climbing wall, sauna, firepit, flying fox, entertainment deck and badminton court are among the innumerable features jam packed into the 2527sq m property at Old Maryborough Rd, only a few kilometres from the city centre.
Century 21 agent Derek Seth said the property, which resembled the Sunshine Coast’s Aussie World theme park without the large mechanical rides, was “one-of-a-kind”.
“There’s nothing like it in Gympie... not even on the Sunshine Coast,” Mr Seth said.

The work was done by is owners across a three-year period of “solid” renovations during Covid, Mr Seth said.
It was an extensive facelift, too.
“Every single corner has been done up in some fashion,” Mr Seth said.
“The whole house has been changed.”

Interest in the home so far had largely come from families, he said.
However, it offered promise as a commercial premises as well, serving as a place for work functions, or even as an AirBnB.
It is currently on the market for offers of more than $1.175 million.
