Gympie’s top 10 cutest puppies as voted by readers

Mabel the hound dog has been voted the cutest puppy in the Gympie region by Gympie Times voters. Check out which other adorable fur babies made the top 10.

Winner of the 2024 search for Gympie's Cutest Puppy is Mabel.

More than 150 proud pooch parents nominated their beloved fur babies for Gympie’s cutest puppy, but there can only be one winner, and this year that winner was the divine Mabel, who took a significant 15 per cent of the vote.

Coming in equal second was Bodhi and Cash on 8 per cent of the vote each, followed by Rex in third, who got 7 per cent of the vote, then Simba and Millie who scored 5 per cent to come equal fourth, followed by Luna, Bentley and Boots on 4 per cent each to come equal fifth.

Garnering 3 per cent of the vote each, to come equal sixth, was Tu Meke, Weenie, Bandit and Sassy.

It was a truly tough call this year, with a super cute line-up of puppies.

Sassy took 3 per cent of the vote.

Weenie took 3 per cent of the vote.

Bentley took 4 per cent of the vote.

Tu Meke took 3 per cent of the vote.

Boots took 4 per cent of the vote.

Simba took 5 per cent of the vote.

Luna, cavoodle 20 months old, took 4 per cent of the vote.

Millie took 5 per cent of the vote.

Bandit, the black and white superstar, took 3 per cent of the vote.
