There was no shortage of glitz and glamour as hundreds of Gympie State High School seniors walked the red carpet and celebrated the end of their school careers. See all amazing PHOTOS.

It was a night to remember as Gympie State High School’s graduates turned out in style at Hamilton Hall to officially farewell their school days and celebrate their futures.

More than 100 graduating students put their best foot forward on the red carpet on Thursday afternoon with mermaid gowns and oceanic hues the “in” for this year’s stunning outfits.

SES volunteers rolled up to the carpet alongside a special platypus mascot to give one graduate an honourable entrance.

And some fashionable cowboy boots made an appearance from underneath a gorgeous ball gown.

The gorgeous graduates were met by a cheering crowd of friends, family and curious peers as they emerged from their shining cars to celebrate their special night. Congratulations to the Class of 2022.
