A convicted 23-year-old drug dealer entered no plea in the Gympie District Court on Tuesday on a charge of supplying a dangerous drug.
Michael Carswell Coyne, 23, appeared in custody via video link with his arms folded firmly across his chest, and wearing prison greens.
It was not his first District Court appearance, having pleaded guilty to charges of supplying dangerous drugs in February 2020.

Coyne announced the termination of his solicitor Chris Anderson at Tuesday’s indictment.
Judge Bernard Porter adjourned Coyne’s plea date to give him time to discuss matters with his new solicitor.
“I’ll make myself available,” Judge Porter said.
Coyne will reappear in the Gympie court for sentencing on May 13.
