Four officers from the Police Scenes of Crime were investigating the scene on Sunday morning, but nobody was able to say exactly where or how the blaze had stgarted.

A QFES spokesman said the neighbours did report a loud “bang” during the night before the fire, but it had been some time before the fire was noticed so it is uncertain if it was related.

The fire was out this morning but was still slightly smouldering.
