A Logan development has gone viral after its proposed layout was revealed.
The upcoming estate Everleigh would locate on Teviot Road in Greenbank of the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area, according to a town planning report submitted by developer Mirvac Queensland.
Urban planner Urbis said it was part of the Everleigh masterplan, delivering 354 residential lots with 162 villas, 157 courtyard lots, 12 traditional detached houses and 23 land spaces for attached housing.
Each land lot ranges from 187 sqm to 862 sqm.
A neighbourhood park, three linear parks and two lots for a future state high school and more residential development were also planned.
“The proposed layout is responsive to its location within the Everleigh community and the areas which it adjoins,” the report read.
In a biodiversity report included in the application documents, the marked conversation area was defined as containing significant biodiversity values and will be retained.
The report also stated swamp tea tree, known as melaleuca irbyana academically, were found in the site, but it was not of sufficient structure, density or size.
The development quickly went viral online due to its apparent phallic designs.
A Reddit user said sarcastically that it was finally a development that he could get excited about.
Another joked: “I wonder if someone designed it as a joke and the approval team went with it.”
