THE Gold Coast's biggest post-election property auctions could deliver a shot of confidence to the market, with dozens of homes set to go under the hammer over the next four days.
Ray White Surfers Paradise has listed 30 properties for its spring auction today at the Gold Coast Arts Centre, including the home of Janice McIvor mother of bankrupt businessman, Mark McIvor.
Receivers are selling Ms McIvor's house at 65A Woodgee St which comes after the Supreme Court in Brisbane decided her son pressured her into signing massive mortgages over her Currumbin home to benefit his business.
The documents in favour of Westpac Bank nevertheless remained valid.

LJ Hooker's Coomera office will also auction nine properties on Saturday at its Days Rd premises.
They include a five-bedroom home at 7 Sailaway Court, Coomera Waters, which comes with pool, bar and media room.
Among the most properties listed for Ray White's auction is 5722 Observation Cres, Sanctuary Cove a four-bedroom home with a championship-sized tennis court.
The penthouse at the Surfers Mayfair building at 19 Riverview Pde, Surfers Paradise is also up for grabs.
The multi-level penthouse has its own pool as well as stunning ocean and river views.
