Single-vehicle rollover Kirkwood Road, New Auckland on Friday night
A man was rushed to Gladstone Hospital in a critical condition after a single-vehicle rollover on Friday night and has since been taken to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

A man was since been taken to a Brisbane hospital after he sustained serious injuries when his vehicle rolled in Gladstone on Friday night.
Emergency services were called to a single-vehicle rollover on Kirkwood Rd and Kakadu Wy, New Auckland, at 11.07pm, to initial reports the driver was trapped.
The 22-year-old Toolooa man was the sole occupant of the Mitsubishi Triton ute.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said the man was taken via ambulance to Gladstone Hospital under “lights and sirens” in a critical condition.
It has been confirmed that the man was since taken to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
On Saturday morning fresh skid marks could be seen on the road and the guard rails were damaged.
A Queensland Police Service spokesperson said the Forensic Crash Unit is investigating and anyone with dashcam vision or footage is asked to contact police.
Another crash was reported in Clinton on Saturday morning.
A man in his 20s was involved in a single-vehicle crash on Aerodrome Rd and Dawson Hwy at 2.54am.
He was taken to Gladstone Hospital in a stable condition with a head injury.
