Solicitor Bianca Wieland told Magistrate Mary Buchanan that she’d had no contact with Ms Smith since her last court date.

Police prosecutor Brandon Selic called Ms Smith’s name three times and when she did not appear, he sought a warrant.

Magistrate Buchanan said that Ms Smith was in court on April 28 when these matters were listed for sentence.

Ms Buchanan declared Ms Smith’s bail forfeited and ordered a bail act warrant issue to apprehend her and bring her before the court.
