A drunk patron who was booted from a pub and then allegedly reversed his vehicle into a parked car before driving at a witness will appear in court later this month.
A 36-year-old New Auckland man was charged following reports of a car crash in West Gladstone on Sunday, 25 September.
Police allege just after midnight the man entered a licensed venue on the Dawson Hwy, West Gladstone before he became aggressive towards security and was asked to leave.
After allegedly refusing to leave, the man was escorted from the venue before he entered a white Toyota Hilux.

Police allege a witness observed the man take a drink from an alcohol bottle before reversing the car into a parked vehicle.
He then allegedly drove towards a witness, reversing and turning the vehicle towards them before colliding with a concrete pole, stopping the vehicle.
The man was apprehended by security before police arrived and he was then charged with one count of failing to leave licensed premises, one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle while adversely affected and one count of obstruct police.
He is due to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on October 24.
