Gladstone man on 66 charges after police break-and-enter sting
A man has been charged with 66 offences after he was allegedly caught in a police sting targeting a spate of break-and-enters in the Gladstone region.

A man has been charged with 66 offences as part of Operation Exscind - a police sting targeting break-and-enters in Gladstone and Tannum Sands over the past two months.
Between February 20 and May 4, a number of businesses were allegedly broken into in Gladstone and Yarwun.
Shortly afterwards, between May 5 and May 8, a number of businesses were allegedly broken into at Tannum Sands.
About 5.20pm on Sunday, May 11, officers from the Gladstone Criminal Investigation Branch attended an address in West Gladstone where they located and arrested a man in connection to the offences.
A 30-year-old man from South Gladstone was charged with 28 counts of enter premises and commit indictable offence by break, 20 counts of enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence, 11 counts of attempted enter premises with intent, two counts each of unlawful use of motor vehicle at night and drive while disqualified, and one count each of wilful damage, stealing, and enter premises and commit indictable offence.
He is due to appear in Gladstone Magistrates Court on May 13.
