Corna Viljoen, 48, pleaded guilty to two offences related to a Calliope car accident
The woman was trapped and unconscious when emergency services arrived and told paramedics to stop treating her.

A drunk Gladstone woman told emergency services personnel to stop treating her injuries after she drove her car down an embankment, a court heard.
Corna Viljoen, 48, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of liquor and failing to comply with a court order on a restricted licence in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on Friday.
On Tuesday, April 6, around 6pm, police were tasked to attend Weeroona Road, Calliope in relation to a single vehicle crash.
Police were advised the car had driven off the road, into an embankment and trapped the unconscious driver inside.
Upon arrival at the incident, police located Viljoen, now conscious, suffering from multiple injuries.
Police smelled a strong scent of liquor from within her vehicle, a Hyundai Getz.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services and Queensland Ambulance Services crews were also in attendance as Viljoen was extracted from the vehicle then transported to Gladstone Hospital.
Viljoen told emergency services personnel who were treating her injuries to stop treating her.
Police believed she was heavily affected by an intoxicating substance due to the strong smell of liquor in her car and on her breath.
On Friday, April 23 a certificate of analysis was produced to police from Forensic and Scientific Services which displayed a blood alcohol reading of 0.285 per cent.
On May 13 Viljoen was issued a Notice to Appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court.
At the time she was subject to an order, which she contravened, to use a restricted driver’s licence following convictions of a similar nature.
Magistrate Bevan Manthey convicted and ordered Viljoen be placed on a 12-month probation order, she was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
