A Central Queensland woman has claimed Gladstone police officers knowingly breached COVID-19 regulations despite the fact she was in mandatory isolation.

Casey Marr, 36, claims she was in day five of a two week isolation period when Gladstone police performed a warrant for possession on her South Gladstone residence in February.

Ms Marr was renting the property when police executed the warrant for possession after Body Corporate laws were allegedly broken.

Ms Marr claimed she had broken Body Corporate laws by putting a caravan on the premises - but the real estate agency disputes that.

Ms Marr said she was required to self-isolate from Gladstone Hospital after she was tested for COVID-19 after experiencing flu-like symptoms.

She said she had put the medical notice on the front door but police ignored it when they executed the warrant.

Ms Marr, who now lives in Rockhampton, said Gladstone police had continued to harass her.

"Gladstone police have made my life a living hell," Ms Marr said.

"They have made multiple false claims including stating it wasn't a warrant for forced possession but it was a drug raid."

A Queensland Police Service spokesman said QPS had no record of Ms Marr being under quarantine orders.

"In general, in order to ensure public safety, Queensland Police officers have authority to interact with quarantined members of the public under authorised circumstances," the QPS spokesman said.

"Officers required to interact with quarantined civilians are required to maintain social distancing where possible and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

"Gladstone Police responded to complaints made by an individual involved in a police matter between February and March 2021 and requested further information from that person in order to assist with their response.

"No further information was provided to the QPS and consequently, investigations into the complaint could not be escalated."
