Toogoolawah man Spencer William Louis Dallos in court for 13 counts of supplying drugs

The man, 25, is on bail for a raft of drug supply charges, with his lawyer saying the matter would have to be elevated to a higher court to be finalised.

A Toogoolawah man who made his first appearance in court for 13 charges of supplying dangerous drugs will return to the courtroom in October.

Spencer William Louis Dallos, 25, made his first appearance in the Toogoolawah Magistrates Court on August 13.

Dallos is also charged with one count of possessing anything used in the commission of a crime.

Lawyer Adam Guest said the matters would need to go to a higher court to be dealt with.

Mr Guest called for a brief of evidence to be supplied by September 24, saying his client would reappear in Toogoolawah Magistrates Court on October 15.

Dallos is on bail.
