UPDATE 2.25pm
Paramedics have assessed two patients following a multi-vehicle crash on the Warrego Highway on Thursday afternoon.
Two vehicles collided on the highway near the intersection of Niemeyer Road just after 12.30pm.
A spokeswoman for the Queensland Ambulance Service said the two patients suffered no major injuries and declined any further treatment or transportation to hospital.
Traffic has reportedly returned to normal after there were lengthy delays on the highway following crash.

Paramedics have rushed to the scene of a multiple vehicle crash on a major Lockyer Valley highway.
A spokesman for the Queensland Ambulance Service said three patients were currently being assessed after two cars collided on the Warrego Highway at Hatton Vale.
Lengthy delays are expected with all lanes of the highway reportedly affected, eastbound towards Brisbane.
The crash occurred at 12.37pm on Thursday and emergency services were reported to still be at the scene.
