Investigations continue after an accident at Glenore Grove

Police are continuing to investigate a two vehicle accident which occurred in Glenore Grove last night.

UPDATE: POLICE are continuing to investigate a two vehicle accident which occurred in Glenore Grove last night.

Two vehicles collided at the intersection of Lake Clarendon Way and Forest Hill-Fernvale Road at about 6.30pm.

A 43-year-old female driver was trapped in her Toyota Hilux for about 40 minutes and was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital with serious injuries.

The 23-year-old male driving a Mitsubishi Triton was also taken to hospital in a stable condition.

Both vehicles sustained serious damage with emergency services remaining on scene for several hours.

The Queensland Ambulance Services High Acuity Response Unit attended the scene.

THURSDAY, January 8, 9.35pm: POLICE are currently on scene of a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Forest Hill-Fernvale Road and Lake Clarendon Way at Glenore Grove.

The crash was reported to police at 6.35pm Thursday night.

A man and a woman have been transported to hospital.
