A car has been immobilised, and another driver is assisting police following two separate hooning incidences near Esk

Two hooning offences in the Esk area have been reported to police, with one driver damaging wet grass during his car escapades.
Esk police responded to a hooning incident at the weekend where a 20-year-old was driving his purple Ford Falcon.
As a result, the man’s car was impounded for forfeiture and he was charged with type one hooning related offences.
In a separate incident at the weekend, Esk police were called to Billies Bay where an offender had caused damage to wet grass in and around the day use area.
The man is assisting police with inquiries.
Trespass offences reported
Two Buaraba men, one aged 66 and 32, have both been charged with trespass offences after police responded to a call-in relation to illegal hunters in the Buaraba
Arrested for fail to appear
A 37-year-old man from Edens Landing was arrested for failing to appear at Toogoolawah Magistrates Court on June 18.
Online traffic complaint reported by public
A 61-year-old man truck driver from Boronia Heights was issued with an infringement notice by Toogoolawah police after investigations were conducted in relation to an online traffic complaint submitted by a member of the public.
Driving offences
A 36-year-old man from Summerholm was issued Infringement Notices by Toogoolawah police in relation to driving while unlicensed and driving an unregistered vehicle.
A 21-year-old man from Augustine Heights was issued with an infringement notice for driving an unregistered vehicle in Toogoolawah.
A 19-year-old Sunnybank Hills man was issued numerous traffic enforcement notices in relation to speeding, driving an unregistered vehicle and not displaying P plates on Wivenhoe Somerset Road at the weekend.

A set of Jeep car keys has been handed into Toogoolawah police station. Please contact the Station for collection.
