UPDATE: A father rescued his partner and children, including their baby boy, after their four-wheel drive clipped some water and rolled on Fraser Island.
The mother and two of the children were unable to free themselves from the vehicle.
The father quickly released the mother from her seat belt, and the two children from their car seats.
The Queensland Ambulance Service paramedic based on the island initially treated three patients, a woman in her late 20s and two children.
It's believed all three had ingested water.
The mother and two of the three children were airlifted to Hervey Bay Hospital in a stable condition for further observation.
Earlier on Saturday, a man in his 50s was also airlifted from Fraser Island.
He was injured after the trail bike he was riding hit a tree root and flung him off the bike.
He was treated by a paramedic at the scene before the rescue chopper arrived.
He suffered shoulder and chest injuries and was airlifted to Hervey Bay Hospital in a stable condition.
UPDATE: Five people, including a baby boy, have been injured in a single-vehicle rollover on Fraser Island.
Three of the patients, including an adult female, a child and the baby were airlifted off the island to Hervey Bay Hospital.
An adult male and another child are in the process of being taken off the island by barge.
A spokesman from the Queensland Ambulance Service said the family suffered minor injuries in the crash.
EARLIER: Paramedics are at the scene of a second crash on Fraser Island in the space of just hours.
The single-vehicle rollover was reported on Fraser Island Beach Track about 2.35pm.
The condition of the occupants is unknown.
Earlier on Saturday a patient was airlifted off the island with chest and abdominal injuries after a motorcycle crash on the corner of Happy Valley Drive and Prostan St.
The patient was transported in a stable condition.
