A truck driver has been rushed to hospital after being freed from his B-double, which rolled and blocked both lanes of Toogoom Rd at Beelbi Creek early Sunday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the scene about 5.50am following reports of the crash near Hervey Bay.
A Queensland Fire Department (QFD) spokeswoman said three fire crews arrived at 6.07am and used cutting equipment to extract the driver from the cab.
She said they removed the passenger door to extract the man and he was out by 6.42am.
The man was taken to Hervey Bay hospital with neck and shoulder injuries in a stable condition.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the road is closed in both direction.
The QFD spokeswoman said they were still on the scene cleaning up a fuel spill from the truck.
