Toni Leanne Peacock and Cooper Lindsay Millard have murder charges mentioned
A couple accused of the murder of a personal trainer have had their charges mentioned in court this week. Here’s the latest:

A man and woman charged with the murder of Pacific Haven personal trainer Mark Carson have had their case mentioned in court.
Police allege Toni Leanne Peacock, Mr Carson’s 40-year-old former partner, and her new partner, Cooper Lindsay Millard, 42, attended the home of the volunteer firefighter on the morning of April 3, 2021, and an altercation took place.
Officers were called to the scene and found Mr Carson dead.
The couple was charged with murder about six weeks later and has been in custody on remand since then.
Their charges were briefly mentioned in Maryborough Magistrates Court on September 5, 2022.
The matter will be mentioned in court again on October 11, 2022.
