A new business has opened at Maryborough’s industrial estate near the Bruce Highway – but it’s not quite what you might be expecting.

SIP Espresso Bar has opened its third business, with the new cafe at 32 Activity St joining its other locations at Walker Street and Alice Street.

The grand opening of the business was held on Monday at the industrial estate.

With the new Rheinmetall NIOA Munitions factory to open its doors in the near future and other businesses moving into the location, it was a shrewd move from the already successful business franchise.

The announcement was made on the Facebook page of the business this week, with the confirmation that coffee, grab and go meals, snacks and sweet treats will be available at the venue.
