Police are calling for public help to locate a 17-year-old girl missing from Urangan amid concerns over her safety due to a medical condition.
The teen was last seen in Robert St just before 10pm on May 17, and has not been seen or heard from since.
She is described as 168cm tall, caucasian, medium build, with shoulder length dark brown hair.
She was last seen wearing black pants, Nike shoes and a purple and grey long sleeve shirt.
Investigators are appealing for the girl or anyone with further information to contact the police.
