A fourth person has been reported missing on the Fraser Coast in the space of a week.
Three of the missing people are 17-year-old boys.
In the latest matter, police are seeking public assistance to find a third 17-year-old boy reported missing from Maryborough since Wednesday, February 19.
The boy was last seen at a park on Sussex Street but has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he has not made contact with family for some time and has a medical condition.
He is described as caucasian, with a slim build, dark hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing basketball shorts, a white t-shirt and red shoes.
Investigators are urging the boy or anyone who may have information regarding his welfare to contact police.
Another 17-year-old boy from Aramara was also reported missing this week.
The boy was last seen near Maryborough-Biggenden Road about 10.30pm on Tuesday, February 25.
Police said on Thursday they and family held concern for his welfare due to his age and the fact that the disappearance was out of character.
Steven Wilson, 63, was last seen around 11am on Tuesday, February 25, at a Sussex Street home in Maryborough, and has not been heard from since.
In Hervey Bay, another 17-year-old boy was also reported missing.
Police are appealing for public assistance to find him after he was last seen at an Eli Waters address on February 7, 2025.
