An autopsy report is still outstanding in the case of a teenage girl charged with the stabbing death of a man in Hervey Bay.
The 14-year-old was charged with the murder of Stuart Wallace-Cuneo, 24, after she allegedly stabbed him in his back at the Big4 Point Vernon Holiday Park on Saturday, August 10, 2024.
The matter was mentioned briefly before Hervey Bay Childrens Court on Wednesday.
The court heard an autopsy report was still outstanding and was due on April 10.
An adjournment was requested until the autopsy report was disclosed to the defendant’s legal team.
The matter was adjourned until April 16 for committal mention.
