A man charged with the murder of a Hervey Bay grandfather has had his case mentioned in Maryborough Supreme Court.
Noel Nicholas Hilder, 66, is accused of killing 58-year-old Wayne John Thackrah in January 2019.
Mr Thackrah died nine days after he was allegedly attacked outside his Pialba unit on Alice St.
The matter was briefly mentioned before the court this week before being adjourned.
The case was listed for further mention on Thursday, August 18, 2022.
