A YOUNG family from Toogoom is celebrating after winning $20,000 from the Sunrise Cash Cow on Thursday morning.

A YOUNG family from Toogoom is celebrating after winning $20,000 from the Sunrise Cash Cow on Thursday morning.

Evan Fulton said he was absolutely thrilled about the win, which had come as a welcome relief during tough financial times.

"It will most likely be used to pay off bills and debt - very unglamorous," he said.

"It's a huge relief. We have four kids."

Mr Fulton said he was a regular entrant of the cash call as he was home most mornings.

"It's become a bit of a habit.

"I never thought I'd win, but I suppose there's some part of you that always hopes you might."

It follows a Urangan single mum also winning $20,000 from the Cash Cow on Channel Seven's morning TV program Sunrise earlier this month.
