A man has been taken to hospital after a workplace incident involving a forklift in Urangan.
A spokeswoman from the Queensland Ambulance Service said one patient had been taken to Hervey Bay Hospital with a leg injury about 12.39pm on Thursday.
He was transported in a stable condition.
