Council opens survey for bird station locations

Public consultation on potential locations for a bird feeding station and bird walks has opened.

PUBLIC consultation on potential locations for a bird feeding station and bird walks has opened.

A bird walk could range from a walking track lined with bird attracting plants, a walk through the tree canopy or tracks through areas frequented by local birdwatchers.

As a suggestion to get the discussion started, the Fraser Coast Regional Council has proposed the Hervey Bay Botanical Garden, Nielsen Park or Coopers Walk as possible locations.
