THE Tin Can Bay Coast Guard has helped paramedics treat a 56-year-old man who had a seizure while on a fishing trawler on Saturday night.

At 8.30pm, paramedics were called to help the man who had an episode while five hours away from land, off the coast of Fraser Island.
