Car erupts in flames in Pialba
Emergency services raced to a Hervey Bay property after reports of a car on fire.
Emergency services were called to a property on Charles Street, Pialba on Wednesday night after receiving reports of a vehicle fire.
The Queensland Ambulance Service arrived to the property at about 7.31pm but no patients were assessed.
A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said one crew was called to the scene at about 7.30pm.
They arrived at the scene to find the owner of the vehicle had extinguished the fire, which broke out on the driveway.
Firefighters were on scene for about 30 minutes, making sure everything was safe before leaving.
