A huge crowd has braved overcast weather to enjoy the fun of Maryborough’s Relish Food & Wine Festival. PHOTOS, VIDEO

Foodies across the region have united for one of the Fraser Coast’s most popular events.

The Relish Food & Wine Festival has been held in Maryborough’s Queens Park and Portside precinct, attracting a crowd of thousands.

The weather was overcast but for the most part the rain held off for the foodies who enjoyed the annual event.

Plenty of popular food vans, displays, cooking demonstrations and much more were on offer, while live music played throughout the day.

Maryborough’s Customs House Hotel opened its doors for the festival, showing off its new renovation.
