An 18-month-old boy was airlifted from Fraser Island to Nambour General Hospital after he suffered seizures.
A Sunshine Coast RACQ CareFlight helicopter was dispatched to a Dundaburra campground at about 11.30am on Friday.
The toddler was treated by a doctor at the scene and travelled in a stable condition.
He was holidaying with his family when the incident happened.
