A FIRST look at Brisbane’s new international “mega cruise ship” terminal has been released ahead of its opening in 2020.
State Development Minister Cameron Dick and Port of Brisbane CEO Roy Cummins unveiled the new fly-through footage of the terminal this morning.

Expert says Brisbane mega-cruise ship terminal will bring boom
One of the Government’s successful market-led proposals, Mr Cummins said terminal had already secured 180 bookings for its first cruise season in 2020.
Mr Dick said the terminal would generate $5 billion in economic value to the state over 15 years.
He said it would also create more than 240 jobs a year during its two-year construction as well as about 49 “operational” jobs each year after that.
