FRESH footage of the obscene sex romp on James Street has emerged, showing the two women continue their lewd acts in public after being moved on.

New video, obtained by The Courier-Mail, shows guests at the Calile Hotel getting a glimpse of the public display of affection.

The new angle shows two of the women straddling each other on a parked bicycle in the car park adjacent to the Calile Hotel, while their friend appears to be making a phone call.

The sex romp was filmed by several onlookers.

During the footage, one of the women continues with lewd acts on the other, who attempts to ride the bicycle.

“What the f**k,” an onlooker can be heard asking.

The crude display, which took place on Sunday March 3, lasted about 10 minutes before police arrived, as the women cavorted in full view of elderly couples, parents with prams and nearby hospitality workers.

Instead of charging the partially clothed women, who had exposed breasts, police opted to put them in an Uber and send them home.

New video has emerged capturing the two women during their obscene acts.

A Queensland Police spokesman said the officers had “nothing they could charge the women with”.

“They did not witness what is by definition wilful exposure,” he said.

“You cannot see the women’s genitalia, hence they did not witness an offence.”

The women had been dining at the exclusive Hellenika restaurant prior to their sexual engagement and allegedly walked out on a $600 bill.

A Hellenika spokesman confirmed the allegation but a man went to the restaurant hours later to settle the bill. The spokesman said the women, whose identities are not known, did not draw attention to themselves while dining at the restaurant.
