A person has been rushed to hospital with life threatening injuries after crashing into a power poll off the D’Aguilar Highway early this morning.

A person is fighting for their life after their vehicle crashed into a power pole northwest of Brisbane overnight.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the crash on Salisbury Lane, off the D’Aguilar Highway at 2.48am.
A QFES spokesperson confirmed “one person had to be cut free” from the wreckage by rescue crews.
The patient was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
