A self-proclaimed daredevil has posted shocking footage to social media of him dangling precariously from a crane on the Gold Coast.
The video was originally posted anonymously to Facebook and shows the young man, whose face is covered, hanging from a crane reportedly above Burleigh Heads.
Footage shows him hanging from part of the scaffolding with one hand and even performing several pull ups before climbing back onto the platform.
The post was reportedly captioned “since you guys got so angry at the last crane”.
Commenters across social media have condemned the youngster calling him out as a “fool” and “stupid”.
“One foot in the grave,” one commenter said.
“What a tool! This extreme behaviour shouldn’t be shown publicly as he obviously thrives on the notoriety,” another posted.
It is unclear when the video was filmed.
