Police investigating after child suffers life-threatening injuries at Dalby home

The life-threatening injuries a four-year-old girl suffered at a home along a suburban street have sparked a police investigation.

Detectives are investigating how a four-year-old girl suffered life-threatening injuries.

Paramedics were called to a Dalby home along Arthurt St just after 10.30am where a little girl was discovered with critical injuries.

She was rushed to Dalby Hospital before being airlifted to Brisbane for further treatment.

Police remain at the scene as investigators begin to door knock neighbouring properties and piece together what happened.

Someone close to the investigation said the nature of the injuries sparked the investigation and that detectives are treating the incident as suspicious until proven otherwise.
